1. The service is available in payment methods by credit card, debit card, cash, transfer, Web Pay and international transfers.

2. The freight charge will be made by the greater resultant between the physical and volumetric weight.

3. Transit times correspond to business days, Monday through Saturday.

4. The service considers only the receipt of the cargo at our offices, it is the responsibility of the sender and/or recipient to pick it up at our premises or destination aerodrome as appropriate.  

5. All cargo reception is subject to space availability according to flight occupation. 

6. Restrictions for children under 18: Must travel or at least 1 parent or responsible adult, or travel as UM (Unaccompanied minor).

• Gases (compressed, liquefied, in solution or intensely refrigerated), including aerosols, which are flammable, toxic or innocuous such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aerosols containing paralyzing gases, filler tubes for liquefied gas lighters, tanks oxygen for divers, etc.

• Corrosive, solid or liquid, such as: acids, alkalis, mercury, liquid electrolyte batteries, etc.

• Explosives in general, such as ammunition, fireworks and flares, briefcases with alarm devices, caps for toy guns, fuel, hydraulic fluids, etc.

• Flammable liquids such as fuels, paints, thinners and the like, etc.

• Radioactive material whatever its category.

• Oxidizing materials and organic peroxides, such as: bleaches, fertilizers, etc. Toxic and infectious substances such as: insecticides, pesticides, biological products that contain pathogenic germs, etc.

• Flammable solids such as matches (matches). Weapons, understood as such any element or object that is made, or can be used, for attack or defense, such as: firearms, bladed weapons, gases, electric shock elements, sharp, sharp, blunt, among others. which can include batons, axes and canes or sticks with a weight inside or in the form of a spike.
